Painting the Midwestern landscape for over 20 years, primarily in watercolor and oil, I also paint abstracts, still life and original greeting cards. Painting for me is about the all the elements of nature--the colors of the earth and its myriad forms; the change of seasons and the change of light. Describing the beauty of nature on canvas or paper is a spiritual process, which is always evolving.
