Photographer, anthropologist (really) and pixel-pusher based in Northern Illinois. Most images are from in and around Illinois, Wisconsin and Missouri. Avid user of the 'Digital Darkroom', I enjoy exploring it's potential for personal expression through the photographic medium.

In regards to my fine art photographs I am not much of a stickler for "correct" color and may freely interpret it in a way in which I believe will amount to a more compelling photograph sometimes with dramatic results. However I don't generally add or subtract objects from my photographs with a computer unless there is no other way to capture the image I am trying to capture. I do my best to compose in the camera.

All images are produced as continuous tone Lightjet prints on Fujicolor Crystal Archive "Lustre" Paper.
