I've been fascinated by art since I was old enough to hold a crayon. After graduating from UCLA with a design degree, my career progressed from graphic arts to creative management to Human Resources (of all things!) While I've enjoyed all my "day jobs," several years back I found myself missing something - my creative expression. I enrolled in numerous classes until I found my calling - manipulating Polaroid film and hand-finishing the pieces with pastel.

I love the process - the evolution my image takes from when I first capture it digitally, manipulating the film emulsion, and finally hand-finishing the piece with pastels.

Landscapes, florals, children and seascapes are my primary focus. I'd have to say that my art is all about transformation - the image itself, and the artistic journey I continue to take every day.
