I've enjoyed and created artwork for over 30 years. Along with a love of art, comes a deep fascination for all things automotive. This interest began as a youngster when I would travel to Buick meets with my family, scouring the swap meet tables for those elusive 1934 Buick parts. After many years in the engineering field, with a heavy concentration in the automotive industry, I decided to "retire" and concentrate on my artwork full time. This has proven to be a very rewarding decision.
I work mainly with acrylics, on either canvas or gessobord. This allows me to create the fine detail often required to accurately portray a client's auto. I have a variety of prints and originals for sale on my website at www.kurtzstudios.com, and welcome all commissions. You may also add a matte or frame to your purchase, just contact me. My artwork is displayed in businesses and homes alike across the country.
