I'm 22 this may, I've been an artist all my life, and i want to get into it for work in some form. I'm self taught, with no major schooling for it, besides High School.
right now I'm mostly drawing portraits, but off and on i venture out of my comfort zone.
I've always done random commissions, my first one being for my English teacher and school vice principle. rumor has it my English teacher still has the framed drawing.
I've also managed to get a drawing signed on the set of the series Supernatural.
I have always taken commissions.. so you don't necessarily have to buy what you see on the site.. your welcome to browse my page, and if you like me, hopefully commission me. I think my rates are fair and affordable. =)

so I decided to get more use out of the communities im in.. I want to get my site a bit more out there then it is.. Besides just Supernatural fans coming from my fansite, as much as i love them.
I don't really know too many artists, so its about time i get to know some. I dont care who... hehe.

Well, I'm always looking for new communitys. I dont have a heck of a lot of artistic friends, really... So its always nice to meet people with a common interest, and not get ridiculed for once.
I used to be on DeviantART, but they booted me, accusing my photoshop art as plagarism, wich it wasnt. I have a nagging suspicion that someone was picking on me for some strange reason, because none of the admins on Deviant was wiling to offer me any decent explanation.
Anyway, since then, ive found way better communities then DA. Alot of wich, like this one, are not so intimidating.
I've been doing portraits for years. Mostly people I like, but i do the odd commsion here and there, or a surprise for someone. Recently i gave my neighbour a family portrait for her 35th birthday. I gave her the original artwork.
I run my own domain wich hosts at the moment, two major sites. One for my photoshop art, wich has been aroudn for years, and one a new one born this year, for my portrait work.
So here's hoping I'll get somewhere. Because job hunting for my age, is too much of a pain in the butt.
