I'm a native New Englander, having grown up in a small town in New Hampshire, now living in Florida. I attended the Kansas City Art Institute in Kansas City, Missouri 1947 - 1951.
I've enjoyed being a teacher, a mother,a grandmother and great grandmother, political activist and artist for most of the 50+ years since. People are my favorite subjects but everything I see warrants a sketch or a painting.
