Aruna Nair has been an advertising professional for over fifteen years. In 2000, she chucked her copy writing profession to pursue film. And in the process, she discovered painting. Completely self taught , Aruna attributes her love for art to her mother, a teacher of Ikebana. Encouraged by many friends who commissioned her to do paintings for their beautiful homes in Mumbai and Bangalore India, Aruna is now looking at taking her artistic pursuits further.
