I aim to inspire the resources of your mind and achieve a genuine moment of 100% attention. If you find that I have interrupted your world, even if only for that single moment, then I will be satisfied.
To me art is about giving something magical to the viewer; shapes, colours and textures all spark off the imagination, the brain and senses are stimulated, prompting emotions way beyond the visual representation. It's about appetite, stimulation, fascination, and infatuation.
No two brush strokes can ever be the same, no two paintings will ever match, and that is my inspiration.

If you enjoy landscape painting then this is the workshop for you. Join artist Diane Griffiths in the beautiful Kent countryside to explore your landscape painting.
Style, technique, colour, all your questions answered, followed by an exclusive insight into why Diane believes that you have to dig a little deeper to paint a little better.
The workshop will be held at Twitham Court Farmhouse, nestled within 3 acres of idyllic Kent countryside, just 5 miles east of Canterbury, on the outskirts of Wingham.
The cost of the workshop is £50 which includes refreshments throughout the day. You can bring your own lunch or we can provide a light lunch for £5. Please advise when booking

There is an abundance of colour this Easter; from the daisies at Brighton Palace, to hydrangeas in Cornwall and even skipping across the water to check out Amsterdam, Venice and Brugges in all their glory. There is a wonderful mix of paintings at this exhibition, whatever your landscape taste, you’ll find something to tickle your fancy.
Visit this exciting gallery hidden away in the depths of East Sussex. Based in converted outbuildings in the beautiful setting of the old Sharlands Farm the doors are opening for the Easter Exhibition 2008. Vision Gallery is the working studio of painter & illustrator Liz Hankins and photographer Robin Earl and is host to up to 15 other artists and makers working in various media at any one time. The Blackboys Inn 3 minutes away serves good food in a gorgeous country setting with pond and outdoor seating to complete a relaxing visit.
