While growing up, my father often took us to places where we were surrounded by nature. I found a love for nature as well as an energy, which has inspired me to try to capture it on canvas. I observed layers, colors, transparencies and textured elements which I then bring into my work of graphic design and in paintings of oils, acrylic, and watercolors. My work is influenced by the music of Loreena McKennitt.
In 2002 I was awarded the 'Graphic Design Art Achievement Award' by Mott College. I designed book covers, billboards, mall kiosks, logos, CD covers, posters, and worked on Teen Suicide Prevention & Bullying/Kindness Campaigns. I am also a member of the Cincinnati Art Club.
I believe " Art is a continuous path of creative growth, no end, no beginning, a never ending learning process, a journey into ones self expressed on canvas".

Recently I just completed a CD cover for Rick Street on his instrumental CD titled 'Improvimental Journey' (Amazon.com). It is a wonderful CD of original music that will take you on a creative journey.
