I take realism and reflect upon it my own enhancements of imagination. Not so much surreal passages, but rather dreamlike qualities. My subject matter is eclectic, so I am constantly traveling into different areas anywhere from landscapes to figurative work and imaginary existences. Being partial to color, you will see that many of my works are done in bright cheerful hues. Chiaroscuro, light against darkness, is a drama I love to study and is a goal I yearn to master as I continue to grow in my skill.
