I consider myself self-taught, but have taken some live drawing classes, and two oil painting classes. I have been painting for approximately 7 years. I love versatality in art and do not particuarly like sticking to one subject matter - I am inspired by many things. I have been told by others that I am my own "worst critic", however I know that I still have many things to learn. I also tend to move from one extreme in my work to another. I have shown in two different galleries in the past, and have sold a few paintings as well.

I have never kept a blog .. so this is new to me too!!
