I've been a painter all of my life. I paint mostly portraits these days though most of what I have painted in the past has been marine in nature. I have lived on or around the ocean until three years ago when I moved to a mountain top. So far so good.

In-Town Gallery

In Chattanooga TN, my work is reped by the In-Town Gallery on Frazier Ave. It's owned and operated by 30+ artist and has been around since 1974. That's a long time for a cooperative gallery. Last May I was elected president which has become somewhat of a problem. I have always struggled with production and these added duties are quite a challenge. Chattanooga has transformed itself into an arts town over the last few years. The arts are moving here, they arn't where they need to be yet. Maybe if they were, they'd stop moving and I'd be bored. I like it here because the arts are alive. If we can just keep it to the artist.
