Marcella can knott her rope into life like forms, her attention to detail, truly make her sculptures extraordinary.
Inspired and mentored by Anne Andersson a master Sisal Sculptress. Marcella made a major career decision after her graduation from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in business management.
From 2002 Marcella has also been the instructor for knott tying classe with the Coast Guard Auxiliary in St. Pete Beach, Florida.
Now, she brings together her knott-tying expertise and artistic talents to create one-of a kind sisal reptile sculptures.
Marcella was born in Albany, New York and now resides Gulfport, Florida a wonderful waterfront Art Village. She is now fulfilling her childhood dream of working in the arts and she is living proof that dreams really do come true.
