Abstract
Russell Maddick works as a painterly abstract expressionist whose images are inspired by the earth's elements, energy and space. He taught painting and design for 36 years at Youngstown State University and maintains studios in both the Greater Pittsburgh area as well as Southwest Florida. He has had numerous one person exhibitions in galleries in Ohio, Chicago and has been included in various group shows in Pittsburgh and Florida, His work is also included in the Permanent Collection of the Butler Instutute of American Art.
