Abstract
I received my B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Maryland in the late 70s. For several years I tried to "make it as an artist" before realizing that I better get a job and make some real money. I then took a long, long break from doing my art work until several years ago the urges took over and I took up drawing again.
I try to create the flow of energy in my drawings. I never know what I'm going to draw. I just let it happen and sometimes I end up having to trash it, sometimes it scares me a bit, and sometimes it comes out just right. It's this creative rush that makes me feel alive and stimulated.
My drawings are done in Pen & Ink. I have recently had my drawings made into prints through the Staples Fine Art Heritage Giclee process in Richmond, Va. All works are limited editions and signed by the artist. A cetificate of authenticity is included. I hope you enjoy my work.
