I'm a fine artist: painting, drawing, sculpture.
I live and work in my art studio located in the Uptown area of Minneapolis.
I have a BFA in Painting from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
You can view my artwork on my website. I also list work for sale on jmculver.etsy.com and accept commissions.
Eventually, I would like to move to NYC to attend graduate school, but I plan on staying in Minneapolis/St. Paul area for a couple more years and apply for state grants and other opportunities available.
I'd also like to have my own gallery one day. I like to travel, attend art openings. I'm interested in meeting other visual artists in or outside of Minneapolis.
I feel it's very important for artists to keep a close connection and support one another.
I also would like to use artiststies.org as a channel to introduce my work to different art galleries, patrons, potential buyers, or just anyone who enjoys art.
