I was born in Dallas, Texas and lived there until I graduated High School. Now I reside outside of Austin, TX in the Hill Country.
Ever since I remember, I was fascinated with photography and received my first camera in grade school, a Kodak brownie camera.
After graduating High School, I attended the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and majored in Fine Arts/Photography. We would go on outings, shoot our film(35mm) and lock ourselves in the dark room for countless hours. There we developed our film and printed our creations. It was timeless in that room!
One of the most memorable things I learned in photo class: the professor told us that a good photographer doesn't need an expensive camera to take a great photograph. He once used a kodak camera to take a famous photograph of Albert Einstein, that was published in Life magazine.
Since then, I shoot photographs for family and friends and for myself. I have gone digital and I love it! I love the outdoors, all creatures,...
