Andy Crawford – Like the prodigal son, at the age of fifty Andy was drawn back to his North Carolinian roots. He attended East Carolina University majoring in Anthropology and Archeology and has a background in those areas. His minor was in Film Production and Communication. He is a Television Producer, Director and Editor with Documentaries, TV Pilots and Commercials to his credit; also, running a TV Station in Key West. Now living in Asheville, he has worked in many art mediums from Oils and Sculpture to his current and most exciting medium Computer Generated Digital Art, using many animation programs/software. His fascination with ‘new’ is what stimulates him and keeps him on top of his game. He has a diverse and compelling body of work with which he is breaking anew into the Asheville art scene.
