I am a native of Dayton, Ohio, but have been a Southerner at Heart all my life. I currently reside in Mississippi with my husband and 3 dogs. I started drawing as a young girl. When asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I’d respond “a colorer”! My only formal training was with an excellent instructor in high school (long, long ago)and one of those “Draw Me” correspondence schools. Right now I’m working in watercolor and oil. I paint commissioned portraits of people and animals, but I also enjoy creating florals and building-scapes from around the world.
