Growing up with a Nikon SLR was a unique experience for me. I guess I went through phases; aiming at things that were important to me at the time. The cost of film and developing were almost beyond my meager minimum wage salary as I worked my way through college, so my camera sort of set without being used. That has changed dramatically since I got a digital camera for my birthday a year ago. It is not unusual for me to take 1000 pictures in a single week, just walking the local nature trails in our local city and state parks. I love capturing wildlife in my viewfinder, and leaving it to live a productive life without it ever being harmed by human hands. I have collections of birds, trees, leaves, nature trails, and water...in different seasons of the year.
