My area of focus is Concept Art and 3d Modeling and I am pursuing a Minor in Sculpture. Ever since 2003 I have been sketching, sculpting, and modeling my own world of characters and environments.
I have a diverse background of skills that I feel would lend themselves greatly to the Millions of Us art department. I have been studying Life Drawing since 2001 and I am more than comfortable with the representational arts. Having gone to a normal liberal arts school, rather than a specialized art school, I have created my own unique style of illustration and Concept Art. I also have been 3d modeling and texture mapping for years and can confidently bring my own 2d images to life using Maya 8.5. Outside of the digital realm I have been studying life sculpting, and have created a series of character maquettes that are from a short animation I story boarded but never got the chance to produce.
