Abstract
Mr. Rios is the founder and teacher of the Arternatives Creative Youth Diversion Programs as well as Youth Arts International TM. He has been awarded varous certificates of commendation from the Mayor of Los Angeles / Cultural Affairs Department and has traveled to various countries to paint and speak about metropolitan subterranean and public arts. From Graffiti art to studio designs and motiffs, today, Mr. Rios works with hundreds of at-risk adolescents from every juvenile hall correctional facility in California, purposing to make a substantial difference in young lives everywhere*

This brief section of gathered images is descriptive of metroplitan children and the work I have assisted with in DPO & DCFS individual cases.
Abuse comes in different forms and methodologies, verbal, physical, mental, developmentally, injury-to-character, etc.... and we, as adults, must always strive to be examples to the generations that follow our very foot steps.
